基于控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)移动衔铁释放的工作原理,采用理论和试验相结合的方法给出移动衔铁释放临界电流与电磁吸力的关系。通过排查试验确定影响CRDM移动衔铁释放临界电流超差的多种因素,进而提出一种新的CRDM移动衔铁释放临界电流评价验收准则和改善移动衔铁释放临界电流的建议。
Based on the working principle of moving the armature released by the control rod driving mechanism (CRDM), the relationship between the critical current of the moving armature and the electromagnetic force is given by the combination of theory and experiment. Through investigation and test to determine the impact of CRDM mobile armature release critical current tolerance of a variety of factors, and then put forward a new CRDM mobile armature release critical current evaluation criteria for acceptance and to improve the mobile armature release critical current recommendations.
