总结眼底荧光血管造影５０４人中有副作用５８人（１１．５１％）；老年组（６１岁以上）１３０人中有副作用７人（５．４２％）比中青年组（２１—６０岁）３６６人中有副作用５１人（１３．９３％）少，差异极显著（ｐ＜０．０１）；老年组均为轻型反应，中青年组的中、重型反应占４５．７１％；老年组（３０例）造影前与造影结束血压脉搏比较无显著差异（ｐ＞０．０５）。非老年组（３０例）舒张压有升高。但老年人多有心血等病，更应注意安全。
Among the 504 eyes of fluorescein angiography, 58 had side effects (11.51%). The elderly patients were all mild reaction, the middle and heavy reaction accounted for 45.71% Cases) before angiography and blood pressure at the end of the pulse was no significant difference (p> 0.05). Non-elderly group (30 cases) increased diastolic blood pressure. However, the elderly have more efforts and other diseases, but should pay attention to safety.
