开展窄 V带传动系统可靠性分析与设计对于提高钻机、抽油机等石油钻采机械的质量和效益具有重要意义。现文通过对窄 V带传动系统采用失效模式、影响及致命度分析 (F MECA) ,找出了影响系统可靠性的关键零件——带轮轴及窄 V带。根据可靠性设计原理 ,结合常规设计方法 ,并借助于变差系数 ,介绍了关键零件之一的窄 V带传动的可靠性设计方法 ,并给出了抽油机中窄 V带传动可靠性设计实例
To carry out the reliability analysis and design of narrow V-belt drive system is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of oil drilling machinery such as drilling rig and pumping unit. By using failure modes, effects and dead-weight analysis (F MECA) for narrow V-belt drive systems, the paper identifies the key components that affect the reliability of the system-the pulley shaft and the narrow V-belt.
