随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人力资源已成为当今社会最具有价值的资源,谁拥有最雄厚的人力资源,谁就能在未来的竞争中稳操胜券。坚持以人为本,实施人才战略,是企业竞争的关键,烟草企业也不能例外。烟草企业要适应经济环境变化,必须及时调整经营策略,不断提高企业竞争力,而企业竞争力的提高取决于企业的人才资源,因此人力资源战略的完善与否直接关系到烟草企业的发展。本文以人力资源战略在烟草企业中的作用为出发点,分析烟草企业人力资源管理工作的现状,对烟草企业该如何做好人力资源管理战略进行了探讨。
With economic development and social progress, human resources have become the most valuable resources in today’s society. Whoever has the most abundant human resources can win the trust in future competition. Adhere to the people-oriented, the implementation of talent strategy is the key to business competition, tobacco companies can not be exceptional. To adapt to changes in economic environment, tobacco companies must adjust their business strategies in a timely manner to continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The improvement of competitiveness of enterprises depends on the human resources of enterprises. Therefore, the improvement of human resources strategy is directly related to the development of tobacco companies. Based on the role of human resource strategy in tobacco industry, this paper analyzes the status quo of human resource management in tobacco industry and discusses how to do a good job of human resource management in tobacco industry.
