为了解中小学教师工作生活质量总体水平和现状,以信度和效度较高的自编的中小学教师工作生活质量问卷,对716名中小学教师进行问卷调查。结果显示:中小学教师工作生活质量总体上处于中等水平,且在性别、教龄、职称和学校类型方面存在显著性差异;男女教师在工作尊荣、工作条件、人际氛围、社会支持、社会保障四个维度呈现出显著差异;不同婚姻状况、教龄的教师在身心健康、薪酬福利、人际氛围、社会保障等维度存在显著差异;不同职称教师在工作条件、人际氛围、工作家庭休闲三个维度无显著性差异;不同类型学校的教师除身心健康维度之外的其他十个维度均存在极其显著的差异。
In order to understand the overall quality and current status of primary and secondary school teachers’ work and life quality, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 716 primary and secondary school teachers with self-compiled questionnaire about the quality of work and life of primary and secondary school teachers with high reliability and validity. The results show that the quality of work life of teachers in primary and secondary schools is generally at a medium level, and there are significant differences in terms of gender, teaching age, professional title and school type.
