目的探究心肌缺血时心电ST段幅值偏差及T波幅值偏差、心率之间的关联性。方法基于欧洲ST-T数据库的心电数据,在噪声抑制、特征点定位、瞬时心率计算、ST段与T波幅值测量的基础上,分析ST段幅值偏差、T波幅值偏差、心率指标在缺血型ST事件与非缺血型事件中的差异。结果较之正常心电,发生心肌缺血时,ST段幅值偏差增大、T波幅值偏差增大、心率增大,且3者之间存在一定的关联性。结论基于心电图判断心肌缺血时,应当充分利用ST段水平、T波幅值、心率之间的同步性变化。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ST segment amplitude deviation and T wave amplitude deviation and heart rate during myocardial ischemia. Methods Based on the ECG data of European ST-T database, the effects of ST-segment amplitude deviation, T-wave amplitude deviation and heart rate on the basis of noise suppression, feature point location, instantaneous heart rate calculation, ST segment and T wave amplitude measurement were analyzed. Differences of the indexes between ischemic ST events and non-ischemic events. Results Compared with normal ECG, myocardial ischemia, ST segment amplitude deviation increased, T wave amplitude deviation increased, heart rate increased, and there is a certain correlation between the three. Conclusions When judging myocardial ischemia based on electrocardiogram, we should make full use of the synchronicity between ST segment, T wave amplitude and heart rate.
