在制造汽车悬架上用的实心圆形扭力杆时,热处理后应进行预扭。预扭就是将扭力杆按其工作时承受载荷的方向强行扭转一个角度,使扭力杆在使用前产生一个扭转塑性变形。关于预扭的目的及预扭规范选择的论述,在公开发表的资料中尚未见刊载。本文将从预扭强化的原理入手,阐明扭力杆预扭的目的及探索预扭规范选择的依据。在外加扭转力矩的作用下,扭力杆横截面上各点的切应力,τ和切应变γ的关系如图1所示。
In the manufacture of automotive suspension with a solid circular torsion bar, the heat treatment should be pre-twist.
