法门寺合十舍利塔由于其建筑形态的特殊性,施工过程中的结构形式和设计成形状态有很大差别,施工“路径”和方式对结构的建造过程和最终成形的竣工状态有很大影响,与一次成型的设计状态下的分析结果有较大差别,需在结构设计和施工中加以考虑。通过对法门寺合十舍利塔建立有限元模型,综合考虑施工过程中的各种影响因素,分别对几种施工方案的施工过程进行力学模拟和分析;跟踪施工过程中结构的内力和变形的发展过程,以确定合理的施工方法和措施,保证施工过程中结构的安全性,以及竣工时结构的内力和变形满足设计要求,为设计和施工提供理论依据。
