对不同熔融指数的聚丙烯(PP)进行微发泡实验,寻求熔融指数与微孔发泡PP性能之间的关系。用自制的发泡母粒,发泡助剂经过2次开模工艺注塑成标准“哑铃”样条,对其常规力学性能、密度进行了测试,并在扫描电镜下观察了不同熔融指数的聚丙烯微孔发泡的泡孔尺寸及分布情况,实验结果表明对于发泡来说,低熔融指数的PP进行微发泡后具有良好的综合机械性能。
Polypropylene (PP) with different melt index was subjected to micro-foaming experiments to find the relationship between melt index and the properties of micro-foamed PP. The self-made foaming masterbatch and foaming aid were injection molded into standard “dumbbells” spline through 2 times mold opening process, and the conventional mechanical properties and density were tested. The different melt index Of polypropylene microporous foaming cell size and distribution of the experimental results show that for the foaming, the low melt index of PP after micro-foaming has good overall mechanical properties.
