总能听到有人抱怨自己的记忆力越来越差了,不仅人名和地名经常忘记,明明出门之前带了一样东西,转眼就不知放在哪里了,类似这样的事情不胜枚举。其实,这就是大脑衰老的迹象了。人的大脑从30岁开始就会出现由盛到衰的转变,35岁以后更是急剧减退。那么哪些健脑方法能延缓这一衰老进程,甚至让我们的大脑变得更年轻一些呢?
