本文用培矮 6 4 S在南京、武汉、贵阳、三亚 4地 1991~ 1998年共 5 5 2项套袋自交结实率资料和 381项花粉可育度资料结合各地的逐日平均气温和日长资料分析了培矮 6 4 S的育性转换指标及其育性变化规律。指出培矮 6 4 S具有育性转换温度指标较低、短日互补作用显著的基本特点。据此 ,结合我国各地的温度和日长特点以及目前两系杂交稻种子生产发生的问题 ,讨论了培矮 6 4 S的安全使用技术。
In this paper, Pei’ai 64S was used to analyze the data of 5252 self-fertility and bagging self-fertility rates in Nanjing, Wuhan, Guiyang and Sanya from 1991 to 1998 and 381 pollen fertility data from 4 sites in Nanjing, Wuhan, Guiyang and Sanya, Data analysis Pei’ai 6 4 S fertility conversion index and fertility changes. It is pointed out that Pei’ai 6 4 S has the basic characteristics of low fertility transition temperature index and significant short-day complementarity. Therefore, based on the temperature and long-term characteristics in different parts of China and the current problems in the seed production of two-line hybrid rice, the safe use of Pei’ai 6 4 S was discussed.
