本文采用唐山、天津、北京、辽宁等地的56幢多层砖混结构住宅、学校、医院及办公楼的建筑平面,变动其建筑层数及各层墙体砌筑砂浆标号,进行地震烈度为7度、8度及9度情况下的抗震鉴定与抗震新设计计算。在计算分析的基础上,分抗震鉴定和抗震新设计两种情况,列表统计出了不同层数的建筑物,在不同层数墙体砌筑砂浆条件下,对应于各种地震烈度时的横墙平均开间限值及纵墙平均进深限值。这为现有房屋的抗震能力鉴定与新设计时选定各层墙体的砌筑砂浆标号提供了方便的条件。本文还对多层砖混建筑的楼层单位面积平均重量计算及各种地震烈度下的层数限值进行了分析,并提出了合理的意见。
This paper uses the construction planes of 56 multi-storey brick-concrete buildings, schools, hospitals, and office buildings in Tangshan, Tianjin, Beijing, and Liaoning, and changes the number of its buildings and the masonry mortar markings on each wall. The earthquake intensity is Seismic appraisal and new seismic design calculations at 7 degrees, 8 degrees, and 9 degrees. On the basis of the calculation and analysis, the earthquake resistance appraisal and the new earthquake resistance design are listed. The buildings with different layers are counted in the list. Under the conditions of different layers of wall masonry mortar, they correspond to various seismic intensity levels. Wall average opening limits and vertical wall average depth limit. This provides convenient conditions for the identification of earthquake resistance of existing buildings and the selection of masonry mortar markings for each wall in the new design. This paper also analyzes the calculation of the average weight per floor area of multi-storey brick-concrete buildings and the limits of the number of floors under various earthquake intensities, and puts forward reasonable opinions.
