企业迁移从本质上可以看作是一种经济行为,是企业追求利润最大化目标的一种战略手段。但是乡土情结、冒险精神、特殊区位偏好等情感因素在企业迁移中也起着不可小视的作用。本文通过企业的访谈与问卷调查数据,分析了情感因素在企业迁移中的作用。研究发现情感因素对企业迁移行为具有积极作用,但作用力小于政策与战略因素;冒险精神、特殊区位偏好和员工追随企业迁移的可能性是企业迁移行为发生的促进因素;乡土情结和个人成就感则是企业迁移行为的发生的阻碍性因素。
Migration can be seen as an economic behavior in essence, as a strategic measure for the pursuit of profit maximization. However, emotional factors such as local complex, adventurous spirit and special location preferences also play an important role in corporate relocation. This paper analyzes the role of emotional factors in the relocation of enterprises through interviews with enterprises and questionnaire data. The study found that emotional factors have a positive effect on the relocation of enterprises, but the force is less than the policy and strategic factors; adventurous spirit, special location preferences and the possibility that employees follow the enterprise relocation are the facilitating factors for the relocation of enterprises; native emotion and personal accomplishment It is impeding the occurrence of corporate relocation behavior.
