目的建立圆茄子中氟啶脲农残分析方法。方法采用乙腈提取圆茄子中的氟啶脲,用弗罗里硅柱、石墨炭黑氨基串联柱分别对样品进行净化,利用毛细管柱气相色谱法作为检测手段,GC-ECD进行定性定量分析。结果氟啶脲经过石墨炭黑氨基串联柱回收率在82.38%~93.81%,变异系数是5.31%~6.76%,最低检出限为0.001 mg/kg。氟啶脲经过弗罗里硅柱回收率在101.07%~122.04%,变异系数4.29%~7.78%。结论圆茄子中氟啶脲的残留检测操作简单,灵敏度高,添加回收率理想。
Objective To establish a method for analysis of chlorfluazuron pesticide residue in round eggplant. Methods Chlorfluazuron in round eggplant was extracted with acetonitrile. The samples were purified by Florisil column and graphite carbon black amino-tandem column respectively. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed by GC-ECD with capillary gas chromatography. Results The recovery of chlorfluazuron was between 82.38% and 93.81%, with the coefficient of variation of 5.31% -6.76% and the lowest detection limit of 0.001 mg / kg. Chlorfluazuron flori by silica column recovery of 101.07% ~ 122.04%, the coefficient of variation 4.29% ~ 7.78%. Conclusion The residue detection of chlorfluazuron in Eggplant is easy to operate and has high sensitivity and good recovery.
