关于σ_(0.2)的确定,我们采用的方法是:(1)电子式变形记录器与变形发讯器配合使用,以测定σ_(0.2);(2)应用弓形应变片式引伸计测定σ_(0.2);(3)应用YZV系列应变式引伸计测定σ_(0.2)。 本文对这三种方法的基本原理、测试装置和操作步骤分别给予介绍。我们认为上述的第一种测定σ_(0.2)的方法准确迅速,操作简单方便,可作为液压万能试验机的一个附件配套使用,是快速测定σ_(0.2)的方法之一。
For the determination of σ_ (0.2), we use the following methods: (1) the electronic deformation recorder and deformation transmitter used in conjunction with the determination of σ_ (0.2); (2) the use of bow strain gauge extensometer determination σ_ ( 0.2); (3) The application of YZV series strain gauge extensometer σ_ (0.2). In this paper, the basic principles of these three methods, test devices and operating procedures were introduced. We believe that the first method for the determination of σ_ (0.2) described above is accurate and rapid, simple and convenient to operate, and can be used as an accessory of hydraulic universal testing machine. It is one of the methods for rapid determination of σ_ (0.2).
