本文通过喷丸强化前后残余应力的测定,疲劳断口和显微组织结构变化特征的电镜观察,研究了喷丸强化对低合金高强度钢在拉-拉脉动循环载荷作用下疲劳寿命的影响规律,以及对提高过载寿命的有效性. 试验结果表明:在拉-拉脉动载荷△σ=90kg/mm~2时,低温回火马氏体组织喷丸强化前后平均疲劳寿命提高了4.5倍;中温回火的屈氏体组织平均提高了2.9倍.指出了这一强化措施对不同组织状态的有效性,为承受拉-拉循环脉动应力作用的零部件大幅度提高疲劳抗力提供了试验依据.
In this paper, the influence of shot peening on the fatigue life of low-alloy high-strength steel under cyclic loading of pulsation-pulsation was studied by measuring the residual stress before and after shot peening, the change of the fatigue fracture and the microstructure. The results show that the average fatigue life increases by 4.5 times before and after shot peening at low temperature and tempered martensite at the △ - = 90kg / mm ~ Fire troostrachic tissue increased by an average of 2.9 times.It pointed out the effectiveness of this strengthening measure for different tissue states and provided the experimental basis for greatly improving the fatigue resistance of parts subjected to the pull-pull cyclic pulsatile stress.
