VP28是对虾白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)的重要囊膜蛋白,CecropinD(CD)是一种家蚕抗菌肽。本研究将VP28和CD融合表达制备VP28-CD融合蛋白。通过对螯虾肌肉注射的方式分别测定了VP28-CD、VP28、CD的抗病毒活性,这三组蛋白均表现出了抗WSSV活性,其相对存活比率分别为68%,44%和14%。实验结果表明重组蛋白VP28-CD能有效提高螯虾在WSSV攻击下的存活率。
VP28 is an important envelope protein of white spot syndrome virus (WSSV), and Cecropin D (CD) is a silkworm antimicrobial peptide. In this study, VP28 and CD were fused and expressed to prepare VP28-CD fusion protein. The antiviral activities of VP28-CD, VP28 and CD were determined by intramuscular injection of crayfish. All three proteins showed anti-WSSV activity with relative survival rates of 68%, 44% and 14%, respectively. The experimental results show that the recombinant protein VP28-CD can effectively improve the survival of crayfish under WSSV challenge.
