导游是一次旅游的中坚力量。一次旅游的好还与导游的品质密切相关。一个导游素质高的旅游企业,会给旅游者留下美好的印象,会在旅游业激烈的竞争中占据优势,而一个导游素质普遍较差的企业则会给企业的发展带来非常大的负面影。导游品质直接影响着旅游业的发展。本文首先主要探讨导游服务在旅游业中发展的作用,其次提出导游的发展方向的几点建议。最后,总结高品质的导游对旅游企业的重要意义。
Tour guide is a backbone of tourism. A good tour is also closely related with the quality of tour guides. A tourist guide high-quality tourist enterprises, tourists will leave a good impression, will occupy an advantage in the fierce competition in the tourism industry, and a generally poor quality tour guides enterprises will bring great negative impact on the development of enterprises shadow. Tour guide quality directly affects the development of tourism.
