中师学生的自我教育

中师生一般都是初中毕业后进入师范学校的,其中不少中师生都是第一次离开父母,开始独立生活。他们年龄较小,社会阅历浅,缺乏个体生活经验,又正是长身体、长知识、思想逐渐成熟的重要阶段。因此加强中师生政治思想教育,特别是抓好中师生自我教育能力的培养显得尤为重要。 一、提高中师生的自我认识。 要提高中师生的自我教育能力,首先必须提高中师生的自我认识,这是自我教育的基础和依据。目前,在中师生中不少人不能正确地认识自己,存在着这样或那样的缺点和不足。他们之中部分人并未真正具备热爱师范教育的思想,看不起自己将来从事的职业,不愿到小学特别是农村小学去当教师。还有些中师生存在着只求混一个铁饭碗,满足于现状的思想,在学习上缺乏压力和内动力,对所学专业不愿为之拼博,学习成绩常不及格,出现一种胸无大志的精神面貌和疲沓懒散的作风。针对中师生中存在的这些思想 Teachers and students are generally admitted to normal schools after graduating from junior high school.
