采用脉冲辐解技术研究了α -生育酚清除三氯过氧自由基 (CCl3O2 ·)的反应机理和动力学。空气饱和的异丙醇与水的混合溶液 (含 10 - 2 M四氯化碳 ,CCl4 ) ,经脉冲辐解产生CCl3O2 ·。在上述体系中加入α -生育酚 ,记录到α -生育酚自由基在 340nm和 4 30nm 2个特征瞬态吸收峰。结果表明 ,α -生育酚与CCl3O2 ·通过氢转移进行反应 ,生成了α -生育酚自由基 ,其氢转移反应速率常数为 2 .6 5× 10 8M- 1s- 1。
The reaction mechanism and kinetics of α - tocopherol scavenging trichloro peroxy radical (CCl3O2 ·) were studied by pulsed radiolysis. A saturated solution of isopropanol and water saturated with air (containing 10 - 2 M carbon tetrachloride, CCl 4) and pulsed with CCl 3 O 2 ·. In this system, α - tocopherol was added and the characteristic transient absorption peaks of α - tocopheryl free radical at 340nm and 430nm were recorded. The results showed that α - tocopherol was reacted with CCl3O2 · by hydrogen transfer to form α - tocopheryl free radical. The hydrogen transfer reaction rate constant was 2.56 × 10 8 M -1 s -1.
