本文对450工钢中梁C_(50)型敞车改造方案从技术可行性、经济合理性进行了分析。认为对这种原结构的强度和刚度不够,隐患甚多,锈蚀严重,材质疲劳,已经运用20多年的敞车,再耗资一万多元改造旧车体是不可取的。建议对其中质量较好的车减吨作专用车或指定区间使用;车体损坏严重并装拱板式转向架的,应予以报废;其余的按C_(62A)型车体重造。
This paper analyzes the technical feasibility and economic rationality of the 450 steel beam girder C_ (50) gondola conversion project. We think that it is not advisable to renovate the old car body with more than 10,000 yuan for more than 20 years of use of the gondola car which is not enough strength and rigidity of this original structure. There are so many hidden dangers, serious corrosion and material fatigue. It is suggested that the best quality car should be reduced to a special car or a designated section; if the car body is seriously damaged and fitted with a vaulted bogie, it shall be scrapped; and the rest shall be rebuilt according to the type of C_ (62A) car body.
