文章根据联合国欧洲经济委员会(UNECE)针对汽车儿童约束系统制定的ECE R129最新标准,分析了该儿童约束系统的定义,包括质量划分,安装方式,尺寸定义,测试假人,测试方式等方面。通过研究ECE R129标准,以实际研发的产品为例,着重讨论了标准所规定的新的要求以及其对儿童约束系统设计的影响;研究表明,其中新的质量划分方式,安装方式以及新启用Q系列假人对儿童约束系统的设计影响有限,而新增的尺寸要求以及侧碰要求对儿童约束系统的设计影响较大,尤其是新增的支撑腿的尺寸要求以及侧面碰撞伤害指标的要求对儿童约束系统结构强度,头部吸能等方面的设计提出了更高的要求。
Based on the latest ECE R129 standard developed by the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) for the automotive child restraint system, this article analyzes the definition of the child restraint system, including quality classification, installation method, size definition, test dummy, test mode and so on. By studying the ECE R129 standard, taking the products actually developed as an example, the new requirement stipulated by the standard and its impact on the design of children’s restraint system are mainly discussed.
