冷却塔是大型钢筋混凝土结构 ,钢筋排布对混凝土结构的质量影响很大。邯峰电厂 1号机冷却塔施工中 ,采用传统的钢筋排布设计 ,存在着钢筋左右倾斜和竖向钢筋接头率超标等问题 ,影响混凝土结构强度。在 2号机的冷却塔施工中 ,对钢筋排布尝试新的设计。经施工后证明 ,新设计完全解决了 1号机冷却塔施工中存在的问题 ,使内在质量有所提高。
