基于GC-MS对皮革特征气味的分析与模拟

采用索氏提取法对不同种类皮革中的挥发性成分进行提取,结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析其挥发性物质的主要组成。根据GC-MS测定结果,通过感官分析模拟具有皮革特征气味的香精。结果表明:未涂饰羊服装革、涂饰羊服装革、涂饰牛服装革和涂饰牛汽车坐垫革的特征气味中,挥发性物质种类繁多,包含烃类、酯类、醛类、酸类、醚类和酮类化合物,以烃类物质为主。根据GC-MS分析结果,结合调香实践经验,调配出香气饱满、逼真、协调的皮革特征气味的香精。 Soxhlet extraction was used to extract the volatile components in different kinds of leather, and the main components of volatile materials were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). According to the results of GC-MS measurement, sensory analysis was used to simulate the smell of leather flavor. The results show that the characteristic odor of uncoated sheep garment leather, coated sheep garment leather, coated cow garment leather and coated cow auto cushion leather is characterized by a wide range of volatile materials including hydrocarbons, esters, aldehydes, acids, ethers And ketones, hydrocarbon-based. Based on the results of GC-MS analysis, combined with the practice of blending, we developed a full-bodied, realistic and harmonious leather-like fragrance.
