组织的行为正如一座漂浮在水中的冰山。其目标、战略、结构、技术等因素仅仅相当于冰山露出水面的那一小部分,而水面之下,支撑着可见部分的,是组织的态度、知觉、群体规范等不可见因素。如今,管理者的注意力日益从冰山的上部转移到冰山的下部,从行为管理转为观念管理。文化管理做为价值管理的手段,日益受到管理者的重视。但是,我们也不能不承认,我国企业的文化建设还流于肤浅,缺乏科学性。为此,本文提出企业文化建设的几点原则供有关人士评判。
Organizations behave just like an iceberg floating in water. The target, strategy, structure, technology and other factors are only equivalent to the small part of the surface exposed by the iceberg. Under the water, the visibility of the visible part is the invisible factor of the organization's attitude, perception and group regulation. Today, managers increasingly focus their attention from the upper part of the iceberg to the lower part of the iceberg, moving from behavior management to concept management. As a means of value management, cultural management is paid more and more attention by managers. However, we can not but admit that the cultural construction of our country's enterprises is still superficial and lacks science. For this reason, this article puts forward some principles of corporate culture for the judgment of relevant parties.
