为了解浓缩血小板保存期间TGF-β1水平变化及血小板输注对急性白血病儿童TGF-β1的影响,采用ELISA测定试剂盒测定单采浓缩血小板保存期内β1浓度和白血病儿童血小板输注后体内TGF-β1水平。结果表示,浓缩血小板TGF-β1高于正常人血浆,且结合TGF-β1随保存时间延长而增高;白血病儿童TGF-β1在血小板输注后即刻达最高值,且持续升高4小时以上。因此,浓缩血小板TGF-β1水平随保存期延长而增高,对骨髓抑制病人应尽量使用新鲜采集的浓缩血小板
To investigate the effect of platelet transfusion on TGF-β1 in acute leukemia in order to understand the effect of platelet transfusion on the TGF-β1 in children with acute leukemia, β1 concentration in apheresis platelet and serum TGF- β1 level. The results showed that the concentration of TGF-β1 in platelet was higher than that in normal human plasma, and the bound TGF-β1 increased with the prolongation of storage time. TGF-β1 in leukemia children reached the highest value immediately after platelet transfusion and continued to increase for more than 4 hours. Therefore, the concentration of platelet TGF-β1 increased with the shelf-life increase, the patients with myelosuppression should try to use freshly collected platelet concentrates
