通过问卷调查研究了杭州地区居住建筑概况、家庭基本信息、降温设备的拥有量及使用方式和能源消耗情况,并采用SPSS软件进行了居住建筑夏季能耗偏相关分析。杭州市居民的制冷设备主要以间歇式使用为主,使用时间主要集中在7月和8月,且夏季制冷能耗明显高于冬季供暖能耗。偏相关分析表明居住建筑夏季能耗与家庭常住人口数、制冷设备个数、家庭总收入、客厅空调温度设定显著相关,而与建筑面积和建筑年代不显著相关。
Through surveys and surveys in Hangzhou area, the general situation of residential buildings, basic information of families, ownership of cooling equipment, usage patterns and energy consumption were studied. SPSS software was used to analyze the summer energy consumption partial correlations of residential buildings. Hangzhou residents mainly use intermittent refrigeration equipment, the use of time mainly concentrated in July and August, and the cooling energy consumption in summer was significantly higher than in winter heating. Partial correlation analysis shows that the energy consumption of residential buildings in summer is significantly related to the number of permanent residents, the number of refrigeration equipment, total household income and living room air-conditioning temperature, but not significant with the building area and building age.
