房室传导的裂隙现象(Gap Phenomenon)是指在心动周期中某一时相(称为裂隙带)到达的激动不能通过传导组织下传,而早于和晚于这个时相到达的激动,都能通过传导组织。电生理研究表明,裂隙现象是一种生理现象,与传导系统中两个不同水平组织的应激性不一致有关,并非“超常现象”。近年来作者遇到4例,报告如下。1 资料与方法.全组4例,男性3例,女性1例,年龄27~53岁。临床诊断冠心病和病毒性心肌炎各1例,2例无器质性心脏病的临床证据。2例有心律失常病史。所有病例在检查前3天内停用心血管活性药物,
