特异性地浓集于肿瘤组织,俾使有助于通过探测装置,早期检出肿瘤确切部位的放射性标记制剂,称为肿瘤定位药物。对于肿瘤患者,能否早期发现、准确诊断并进行及时和恰当的治疗,是生与死的界限。可见理想肿瘤定位药物的问世,必将大大提高肿瘤患者的治愈率。早在40年代,已有人利用~(32)磷在手术前测定肿瘤范围,用~(131)碘探测甲状腺癌。此后随着医用放射性同位素品种的增加和扫描仪器技术的进步,利用放射性标记药物进行肿瘤定位的研究
Specifically concentrated in the tumor tissue, it helps to detect the radiolabeled preparation of the tumor at an early stage through the detection device, which is called a tumor localization drug. For cancer patients, early detection, accurate diagnosis, and timely and appropriate treatment are the boundaries between life and death. It can be seen that the advent of ideal tumor localization drugs will definitely improve the cure rate of cancer patients. As early as in the 1940s, the use of ~(32)P had been used to determine the extent of tumors before surgery and ~(131)Iodine to detect thyroid cancer. Since then, with the increase of medical radioisotope species and advances in scanning instrument technology, radiolabeled drugs have been used for tumor localization studies.
