前言人们知道大鼠受射线照射或给与化学致癌物会发生乳癌,这些乳癌的发育和进展和人的乳癌一样,极大地受宿主的激素环境因素所影响。最近,放射线影响研究所根据流行病学、病理学的调查,阐明了在受原子弹伤害的妇女中,乳癌的发生率与受照剂量密切相关,并明显升高。本文作者为了研究雌激素及催乳激素使雄性大鼠发生乳癌的效果,进行了一系列实验。结果,在乳腺瘤及垂体瘤发生的同时,还观察到肝肿瘤发生率也很高,现概要地报告如下。
Preface It is known that breast cancer occurs when rats are exposed to radiation or chemical carcinogens. The development and progression of these breast cancers, like human breast cancer, are greatly influenced by the host’s hormonal environmental factors.
