目的:探讨颈部癌性包块手术方式的选择,手术要素及术后处理。方法:对96例157侧颈部癌性包块实施区域性颈廓清(selective neck dissection,SND),改良性颈廓清(modified neck dissection,MND)及根治性颈廓清(radical neck dissection,RND)。结果:随访3-5年,颈部术后复发率10.2%,外观及功能恢复满意。结论:颈部癌性包块的外科治疗,要重视围手术期,合理选择手术方式,因地制宜,化整为零,最大限度考虑外观及功能的保留,以提高患者的生存质量。 Objective: To explore the selection of surgical methods of neck cancerous mass, operative factors and postoperative management. Methods: Ninety-six patients with 157 neck cancellous masses were treated with selective neck dissection (SND), modified neck dissection (MND) and radical neck dissection (RND). Results: After 3 to 5 years of follow-up, neck recurrence rate was 10.2% and the appearance and function recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion: Surgical treatment of neck cancerous mass should pay attention to perioperative period, reasonably choose surgical method, suit local conditions, adjust to zero, and consider the preservation of appearance and function as much as possible so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
