在党的建設社会主义总路綫的鼓舞和感召下,中国科学院应用化学研究所和全国其他单位一样,在过去的两年实現了大跃进,取得了較为显著的成績。两年的连续跃进,使研究所全体同志更加清楚地认識到科学研究完全能够大跃进,进一步坚定了跃进信心,并奠定了今后继续飞跃前进的思想基础。形势告訴我們,如果科学研究不继續飞跃地前进,就不能适应全国社会主义建設不断大跃进的形势。为此,我所在1960年要組織科学研究的继續跃进,我所全体同志都有坚定的信心,一定能在新的一年取得更大丰 Inspired by and inspired by the party’s general line of building socialism, the Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, like all other units in the country, achieved a great leap forward in the past two years with remarkable achievements. The continuous leap for two years has enabled all the comrades in the Institute to recognize more clearly that scientific research can make a big leap forward and further strengthen its confidence in leaping forward and lay the ideological foundation for continuing to leap forward in the future.
