广西桐油坪铜矿的手选富矿含铜很高,因其含有砷黝铜矿和砷镍矿等,使该产品含砷量超过了火法冶炼的要求。为了合理地利用这部分资源,我们用硫化钠将其分为低砷和高砷两种产品。低砷铜精矿可进行火法冶炼,高砷铜精矿则可用湿法冶炼。这样,该产品的利用就更为合理。(一)矿石性质该矿石含铜矿物有辉铜矿、斑铜矿、砷黝铜矿、黄铜矿、蓝铜矿和孔雀石等。脉石矿物以石英、灰岩为主。主要含砷矿物为砷黝铜矿和砷镍矿等,其矿物含量分别为5%和2%左右。有用矿物与脉石、含砷矿物与其它矿物密切共生,呈微粒浸染。绝大部分晶粒均在0.05毫米以下,而以0.02毫米以下最为富集。矿石各种元素含量(%)如下:铜22.60,铅0.18,锌0.51,砷2.50,钴0.44,镍0.63,银1739克/吨。
