目的建立血液中氯乙酸的离子色谱测定方法。方法血液样品经乙腈沉淀蛋白质离心,经SPE-Ag柱和SPE-H柱除氯后再经0.22μm滤头过滤,滤液注进离子色谱仪进行氯乙酸的定性和定量分析。结果样品溶液中氯乙酸的线性范围为0.5~20.0 mg/L;相关系数(r)为0.998 3;检出限为0.3 mg/L;若取0.2 ml血液样品进行测定,则最低检出质量浓度为4.5 mg/L;相对标准偏差为1.4%~2.7%;样品加标回收率为91.0%~102.9%;样品在4℃下至少可保存5d。结论此法灵敏度高,选择性好,干扰少,是检测血液中氯乙酸的理想方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chloroacetic acid in blood by ion chromatography. Methods The blood samples were centrifuged with acetonitrile and precipitated through SPE-Ag column and SPE-H column. The filtrate was filtered through a 0.22 μm filter and the filtrate was injected into an ion chromatograph for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of chloroacetic acid. Results The linear range of chloroacetic acid in the sample solution was 0.5-20.0 mg / L, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.998 3, the detection limit was 0.3 mg / L, and 0.2 ml blood samples were taken for determination.
