在分析四象限硅光电池探测器的局限性的基础上,本衷提出了两种用 CCD 作为激光光斑中心位置探测器的方法:对称法和曲线拟合法.文中阐述了探测原理,分析了它们的优缺点,并介绍了实验装置和实验结果.
Based on the analysis of the limitations of the four-quadrant silicon solar cell detector, two methods of using CCD as the laser spot central position detector are proposed: symmetry method and curve fitting method.The detection principle is explained in this paper, Advantages and disadvantages, and introduced the experimental device and experimental results.
