苇塘小学位于江源区苇塘社区中心,占地面积12100平方米,校舍陈旧,新老三室设备不全。于2004年划归地方管理,当时在校学生近800人。由于煤矿沉陷区整体搬迁,学校办学规模逐渐萎缩,生源巨减,到2009年春,学校仅有七个教学班,学生总数只有173人,每班平均20多人。教师老龄化,师资力量薄弱,缺少专业教师。久而久之,从领导到教师,从教师到学生,失去了活力,缺乏进取精神。因此,年轻的骨干教师纷纷调转,一些尖子生也都转走了,学校的工作,特别是课堂教学工作一度陷入低谷。在这种情况下,张丽娟校长调到我校工作。 Reed Tong Primary School is located in the community center of Weitang Jiangyuan District, covers an area of ​​12,100 square meters, old buildings, the new third room equipment incomplete.
