本试验为花生育种基础研究的第一部分,报导了开花机构、杂交技术及杂交组合结果率。于开花盛期(8月15日)观察到,在夜晚工11时左右有花药开裂花粉散出现象,于翌晨2—3时观察花全部都发现花粉流出现象,并在早3时后有30—40%的柱头已经授粉。在自然条件下,受精时间为上午10时左右,当日的花午后即萎凋。花生花粉管有迅速伸长,在短时间通过花萼管进入胚部的特性。品种分类的6个代表性品种,杂交总花量为3559朵,平均结果率为21.22%,做为母本时品种间差异较小,做为父本时差异显著,不育率高的发芽率低的品种结果率也不好。在30个组合中,红皮西班牙×饱托中粒、瓦棱西亚×饱托中粒结果率达31%以上,红皮西班牙×人大骆驼及红皮西班牙×瓦棱西亚则在15%以下。
This experiment is the first part of the basic research on peanut breeding, and reported the results of flowering organization, hybridization technique and hybrid combination.
