目的 :测定滇白珠中木脂素苷的含量 ,探讨评价滇白珠质量的方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为KromasilC18(0 .4cm× 2 5cm) ,流动相为甲醇 乙腈 水 (30∶5∶6 5 ) ,波长 2 2 0nm ,外标法。结果 :进样量与峰面积线性关系良好 (D1,D2 ,D4 分别为r1=0 .9997,r2 =0 .9999和r4 =0 .9999)。D1平均回收率为 98.9% ,RSD 2 .6 %。不同产地药材木脂素苷 (LD)含量不同 ,贵阳、广西金秀县和昆明LD平均测定值分别是 :2 0 8.8,15 8.2 ,15 4.8mg·(10 0 g) -1。小范围采集样品LD含量基本稳定 ,其变化幅度明显小于不同分布地区的差异。嫩茎比枯老茎LD总含量高 1倍 ,采收时留嫩去老方可保证疗效。结论 :此方法简便、可靠 ,可以作为评价滇白珠质量的参考方法
Objective : To determine the content of lignan glycosides in Radix Paeoniae Rubra and to evaluate the method of evaluating the quality of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Method: HPLC. The column was Kromasil C18 (0.4 cm × 25 cm), the mobile phase was methanol acetonitrile (30:5:6 5), wavelength was 220 nm, and the external standard method was used. Results : The linear relationship between injection volume and peak area was good (D1, D2, D4 were r1=0.9997, r2=0.9999, and r4=0.9999, respectively). The average recovery rate of D1 was 98.9% and RSD was 2.6%. The contents of lignan glycosides (LD) in different habitats were different, and the average values of LD in Guiyang, Guangxi Jinxiu, and Kunming were: 208.8, 158.2, 154.8 mg (100 g)-1. The content of LD in the small-scale collected samples was basically stable, and its variation range was obviously smaller than that in different distribution areas. The stem stem has a 1x higher total LD than the old stem, and it can guarantee the curative effect when it is harvested. Conclusion : This method is simple, reliable and can be used as a reference method
