统编高中《生物》教材中关于色盲、血友病和白化病的遗传方式问题,有如下描述:“人的色盲遗传、血友病遗传都属于伴性遗传.”和“人类有些病症是由一对基因控制的遗传病.而且大都是由隐性基因控制,如白化病就是这样.”笔者认为,这种说法不够全面,值得商榷.实际上色盲和血有病有许多类型,有些是属于伴性遗传的,有些是属于常染色体遗传的.而白化症也有两种类型,有隐性遗传的;也有显性遗传的.现将这三类病提出来,加以分析说明,供教学时参考.
