兔疫刺激复合物（iscom）是一种40nm的宠样颗粒性佐剂配方，由抗原与佐剂皂角苷QuilA结合而成。此复合物的三维结构是由Quil A和胆固醇交联而成，借助磷脂，通过疏水作用可将疏水性和两亲性抗原掺入iscom中。iscom基质除缺乏插入的抗原外，在成分、形状和外观上与iscom相同，可作为佐剂直接加入抗原。
The ISI is a 40-nm pet-like granule adjuvant formulated with antigen and adjuvant QuilA. The three-dimensional structure of this complex is formed by the cross-linking of Quil A with cholesterol by hydrophobic interactions to incorporate hydrophobic and amphipathic antigens into iscom. The iscom matrix is identical in composition, shape and appearance to the iscom except for the lack of an inserted antigen and can be added as an adjuvant directly to the antigen.
