儿童音乐学校是前苏联暨俄罗斯音乐教育体系中最有特色和最为成功的部分。在其呈“宝塔型”的教育体系中，她是最基础的“塔基”。这种体系在世界上至今仍是独一无二的。她以宏大的数量、独特的形式和内容以及所取得的巨大成功而为世人所瞩目。本文以苏联解体前的音乐教育为背景，对儿童音乐学校的产生、形成、发展、形态、内容以及解体后的现状等方面对其进行了全方位的考查和研究。
Children’s Music School is the most distinctive and successful part of the music education system of the former Soviet Union and Russia. In her “pagoda” education system, she is the most basic “Taki”. This system is still unique in the world so far. She has attracted worldwide attention for her magnificent size, unique form and content, and her great success. Based on the music education before the disintegration of the Soviet Union, this paper examines and studies the production, formation, development, form and content of the children’s music school and the status quo after the disintegration.
