人参皂苷具有广泛的药理作用,对中枢神经系统、心血管系统、免疫系统、血液和造血系统等具有显著的药理作用。达玛烷型人参皂苷是人参属药材的主要药效成分,分为原人参二醇型和原人参三醇型2类。通过查阅近10年来国内外相关文献,对文献资料进行归纳和分析,分析人参皂苷Rb1,Rg1,Rc,Rd,Re等成分的药代动力学数据,发现达玛烷型人参皂苷的药代动力学过程与其结构密切相关。结构不同,2种类型的达玛烷型人参皂苷药代动力学过程存在显著差异。本文拟通过对原人参二醇型和原人参三醇型人参皂苷类成分的药物代谢动力学特征及二者的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄过程进行较为系统的梳理,为达玛烷型人参皂苷的深入研究提供参考。
