本文是为解决北京型内燃机车振动过大,而对该车车体结构振动进行研究的结果。针对该车丰体结构的特点和振动分析的要求,我们提出一个合理的空间框架计算模型。并在FACOM-M160计算机上进行振动特性的计算,得出系统的前25阶固有频率、绘制了对应的振型图。计算与实测结果基本相符,从而说明提出的计算模型的合理性。其结果有助于改善该机车的振动并对今后车体结构的设计提供了重要的数据。
This article is to solve the problem of excessive vibration of Beijing-type diesel locomotives and study the structural vibration of the car body. Aiming at the characteristics of the car body structure and the requirements of vibration analysis, we propose a reasonable space frame calculation model. The calculation of vibration characteristics was performed on the FACOM-M160 computer to obtain the first 25 natural frequencies of the system and the corresponding vibration pattern was plotted. The calculations are basically consistent with the measured results, thus illustrating the rationality of the proposed calculation model. The results will help improve the locomotive vibration and provide important data for the future design of the vehicle body structure.
