目的:探讨45°仰角高速涡轮手机与加长裂钻在上颌磨牙断根拔除中的应用效果。方法:选取自2016年1月~2017年6月我院经治的126例需拔除上颌磨牙断根的患者,采用涡轮手机裂钻进行断根拔除,评估断根拔除成功率、拔牙窝的完整性、术后患者疼痛程度及断根进入上颌窦等情况。结果:126例患者全部断根均成功拔除,患者术中情绪稳定,术后局部肿胀、疼痛不明显、未发生进入上颌窦的情况。结论:涡轮手机加长裂钻在上颌磨牙断根取出中具有良好的临床效果,值得广泛推广和运用。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of 45 ° elevation high-speed turbine handpiece and extended split-split in the removal of maxillary molars. Methods: From January 2016 to June 2017, 126 patients with maxillary molars were enrolled and their roots were removed from our hospital. Turbines were used to rupture the roots. The successful rate of root excision, Postoperative patients with pain level and root into the maxillary sinus and so on. Results: All of the 126 patients were successfully removed. All the patients had stable mood during surgery, local swelling and pain after operation, and no maxillary sinus involvement occurred. CONCLUSION: Turbine extended lengthening split drill has a good clinical effect in removal of maxillary molars, which is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
