目的探讨复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对空气中细菌的消毒效果。方法用金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538和枯草杆菌黑色变种ATCC9372按浓度1×108cfu/m3对气雾室(16m3)染菌5min,分设试验组和对照组。用含2000mg/L复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢试验组喷药10ml,金黄色葡萄球菌试验组喷药2ml。采样后通过消毒实验计算各组杀灭率。结果金黄色葡萄球菌试验组复方次氯酸钠消毒剂2、5、7、10min的杀灭率分别为99.98%、99.99%、99.99%和100.00%。枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢试验组复方次氯酸钠消毒剂15、30、60、90min的杀灭率分别为88.45%、97.22%、99.98%、99.95%。结论结果显示复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对空气中微生物有良好的杀灭效果,具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of compound sodium hypochlorite on bacteria in air. Methods Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 and Bacillus subtilis ATCC9372 were used to infect the aerosol chamber (16m3) at a concentration of 1 × 108 cfu / m3 for 5 min. The experimental and control groups were divided into two groups. With 2000mg / L compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant Bacillus subtilis black spores test group spray 10ml, Staphylococcus aureus test group spray 2ml. After sampling, the killing rate of each group was calculated by disinfection experiment. Results The killing rates of the composite sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in the Staphylococcus aureus test group at 2, 5, 7 and 10 min were 99.98%, 99.99%, 99.99% and 100.00%, respectively. Bacillus subtilis black mutant spore test compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant 15, 30, 60, 90min kill rates were 88.45%, 97.22%, 99.98%, 99.95%. Conclusion The results show that the compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant has a good killing effect on airborne microorganisms and has a good application prospect.
