为实现自动发电控制(AGC)的目标可控性和超前控制,提出了一种应用多目标最优化技术和超短期负荷预报的频率偏差系数确定方法。应用解决多目标最优问题的评价函数法在该算法中引入控制因子,根据决策者的意图人为控制各目标的重要程度;在每个预报周期前运行此算法程序,利用超短期负荷预报的结果提前计算得到使系统运行更加满足某期望目标要求的各区频率偏差系数,形成目标可控的超前频率偏差系数确定方法。最后通过三区域互联电网数字仿真验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to achieve the target controllability and advance control of AGC, a method to determine frequency deviation coefficient using multi-objective optimization technology and ultra-short-term load forecasting is proposed. Applying the evaluation function method to solve the multi-objective optimization problem, a control factor is introduced into the algorithm to control the importance of each target artificially according to the intention of the decision maker. The algorithm program is run before each forecast period and the result of the ultra-short-term load forecast Calculate in advance the frequency deviation coefficients of each area that make the system run more meet the expectation target, and form the controllable leading frequency deviation coefficient. Finally, the validity of this method is verified by digital simulation of three regional interconnected power networks.
