Memory is very important in our daily life and study. Do you know how to improve memory quickly? Here are some good ways for you.
Firstly, when you study, you should focus on it and don’t think about other things. Secondly, you should understand what you are learning. If so, you can remember things for a long time. Thirdly, if you want to prepare what you have learned in time, you will not forget the things easily. Fourthly, eat more vegetables, fruit and high protein foods, such as tomatoes, potatoes, apples, eggs, milk, fish and so on, because they can improve your memory. Most importantly you should take more exercise, get enough sleep and rest after hard work. I think it’s also the key to improve your memory.
