Objective To study the effect of simulated weightlessness on cardiac morphology and the antagonism of negative pressure with the four-limbed compression cord and lower body. Methods Eighteen healthy male volunteers were randomly enrolled in this study, ranging in age from 19 to 25 (mean, 22.6 years) Were randomly divided into control group, cuff group and lower body negative pressure group for 21d6 ° head-down bed test.Control group did not use any countermeasures in the bed; The pressure was maintained at 5.3k Pa on all limbs and the negative pressure group was 1hk and 1wk daily at 15w during the ambulatory period in the lower body. The pressure was maintained at -4kPa for 1h under body negative pressure pants, One chest X-ray was taken one day before bedtime and one day after bed rest, and the chest diameter, heart diameter, long diameter and width were measured, and the ratio of heart to chest reflecting heart shape and heart area were calculated. Results The control group Heart diameter decreased 0.54 cm, heart-chest ratio decreased 0. 02 4, heart area decreased 9 cm 2, before and after comparison were significantly different (P <0. 05); .0 2 1 and 1.9cm2, there was no significant difference between before and after (P> 0.05) (P0.05) .Conclusion The simulated head-weight bed weight loss has a significant effect on the morphology of the heart, while the pressure exerted by the extremities and the lower body negative pressure can antagonize the effect of weightlessness on the morphology of the heart
