胃肠道肿瘤是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一.胃癌是亚洲国家肿瘤死亡的主要原因,结肠癌列北美国家肿瘤谱的第二位,近年来由Barrett食管演进的食管腺癌发病率在欧美国家正迅速上升.因此,胃肠道肿瘤的早期诊断和高危人群的密切监测无疑是降低肿瘤死亡率和提高疗效的有效途径.
