新课改实施十多年来,在农村基础教育中,不少教师不愿践行新课改倡导的课程观与教学方法,甚至是怀疑新课改,甘愿抱残守缺,或是浅尝辄止。他们认为,参与新课程改革只是赶时髦,难以带来教育教学的“实惠”。然而,是什么原因,让这些教师固执地坚守着原来的教育观念,消极应对新课改?首先,他们有不同程度的职业倦怠,为生存思虑,把教书作为谋生的手段,理想信念常常与浮躁的社会现实进行着博弈。个别教师荒于精神世界的耕耘,工作中缺乏动力。没有规划,没有方向,也没有激情,在迷惘与厌倦中“日出而作,日落而息”。
